Bromsgrove MP, Sajid Javid, recently met with the newly appointed Chief Fire Officer, Jon Pryce to discuss their shared local priorities and support for residents.
They met at Bromsgrove Police & Fire Station, which was the first multi-purpose-built agency facility in the UK in 2014.
After meeting with local firefighters, Sajid Javid MP had the opportunity to see them prepare for and head out on an emergency call.
The Bromsgrove MP commented:
“Seeing the firefighters prepare for action was a huge privilege and a fantastic demonstration of their skill, bravery and professionalism.”
“I was very pleased to meet with our new Chief Fire Officer. We had a productive meeting and I look forward to working with him and his team in future to support residents.”
