I’m delighted to announce that I’ll be hosting my fifth Annual Jobs Fair on Friday, April 26. Last year’s record-breaking fair saw more than 1,000 people take advantage of thousands of career opportunities being offered by over 70 local, national and international employers.
This year, attendees will have the chance to talk one-on-one with potential employers, attend a CV Workshop and Interview Clinic or pitch an idea for starting a business of their own at the Entrepreneurs Hub.
Whether you’re looking for a job that’s full-time, part time, a change of career or an apprenticeship, I would be delighted to see you at the fair.

Finally, on Monday I announced my intention to ban Hizballah and other terrorist organisations.
As Home Secretary my first priority is always to protect the British people, which is why subject to Parliament’s approval, being a member of or inviting support for Hizballah will be a criminal offence from Friday, carrying a sentence of up to 10 years’ imprisonment.
